Start your day off with an adventure!
Twelve-year-old, rising eighth grader, three-time Food Network competitor and founder of Claire’s Lab. Claire is a food scientist, spice mixologist, vlogger and speaker. At nine, she was the youngest winner of Food Network’s Chopped Jr., and she has gone on to invent the patent pending No Fear Oven Sleeves and act as a Geek Girl and Girl Power advocate. She works daily to leverage and boost her top three strengths: empathy, command and relator.
Mom, Coach, Woman in Tech & Commercial Leader at GE Digital and entrepreneur as Owner at Claire’s Lab. Christina is a passionate life juggler, a giver and an open book. With her infamous smile and boundless energy, she leverages her top three strengths – Activator, Individualization and Arranger every day!
In 3 corporations and through 3 IPO’s with 20 years in Corporate IT … from token rings, Y2K, the dot com craze, enterprise ERP’s, big data, outsourcing, dev-ops, cloud, then insourcing and the final frontier of cybersecurity… Christina ran the gamut in the IT sector and corporate leadership. When the Digital Industrial Internet came into play, Christina made a bold shift from IT leadership into the Commercial space – now as Sr. Director of Virtual Programs enabling sales leaders & partners in GE Digital’s ground-breaking Predix platform and applications, all from her home office.
At the same time of her job shift, inspired by her coaching in FIRST robotics and her young daughter’s aspirations – Christina started Claire’s Lab as a platform to create and share Claire’s inventions through a ‘Give With’ model. Claire’s Lab aims to empower and educate girls to explore STEAM through cooking, community and creativity. A portion of the company’s profits are dedicated to helping solve food inequity.
Christina enjoys being a baseball mom for her son Zachary and backyard, outdoor, and travel adventures with her kids! She loves starting her day on the back porch with a sunrise and a cup of French press coffee.
